We’ve found that our most successful coaching clients come to us when they:

To get there, together we’ll work in focused, one-on-one coaching sessions, based on your specific goals and your starting point.

This isn’t an off-the-shelf solution where we follow a strict guide of what each session will look like. Instead, we will put together a plan that helps you get to where you need to go and fits your learning and progress style.

Coaching is led by our founder, Melissa Anzman – who has “been there, done that.” After a successful year in HR, she transitioned into entrepreneurship and continues to do deep work with HR organizations across the country.

Additional things/goodies to note, when we work together:

  • Unlimited email access to Melissa via email, in between your coaching sessions for when something urgent comes up, you have a big aha moment, or to ensure you are on track. The biggest moments in coaching happen while we are doing the work in between calls – and Melissa will be there to support at every step along the way.
  • If we have our calls via Skype or WebEx, you will receive an audio recording of the calls for you to refer back to at any time.
  • Post-session action items and homework to keep you moving forward and hold you accountable.
  • Access to our network – all of our online and offline connections.

Rapid Results – One Month of Coaching

This package is designed for clients who have a very specific need and they need to take action immediately. This is four hours of coaching delivered in 30 or 60 minute sessions over a one month period. This is the right package for you if you’ve recently stepped into a larger role and want a smoother transition; you are in the midst of an HR transformation; or you want to dig deep in a short amount of time.

Strategic Partnership – Three Months of Coaching

This package is designed for clients who have a large transition ahead – such as, going from corporate to entrepreneur or becoming a people leader for the first time, or you are looking to up-level your HR presence and skill-set. With this package, we’ll go deeper and wider to help you reach your goals – so you’ll have support all along the way.

This package includes eight hours of coaching delivered in 30 or 60 minute sessions over a three month period.

This package starts at $2,500. There may be an additional charge depending on the scope and scale of what you need to accomplish. To get started, please schedule a Consult Call.

Executive Partnership – Six Months of Coaching

This package is designed for clients who want to make a large-scale, sustainable change in their life and their career. Together, we can work on large-scale projects such as sustainable culture change, communication retraining, and full-scope entrepreneurship programs. With this package, you have your right-hand person by your side – as your executive partner and sounding board, to help you not only achieve the results you’re seeking, but ensure you’re set-up for continued ongoing success.

This package includes 14 hours of coaching delivered in 30 or 60 minute sessions over a six month period.

Coaching Policies

  • All coaching packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, unused sessions expire.
  • Coaching packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Coaching sessions will take place via phone, via WebEx or via Skype. Sessions that take place on  WebEx or Skype can be recorded for your future reference.
  • You are responsible for scheduling your sessions through an online calendar system.
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule a session.
  • For each session, you will be responsible for coming to call prepared. We will discuss, in detail, what this means and what the expectations are during our first call.
