Welcome! I am so excited to be launching at my new home here at Loosen Your White Collar. This has been two years in the making– depending who you ask! I have never been so proud of anything in my life – this is my big leap and I’m thrilled that you’ve decided to join me on this journey.
I’ll be here to provide resources to help find your passion, determine what your dream is, and how to go after it to make it happen! I have tried on many different “ties” throughout my career, until I finally made a conscious choice, which turned my dream job a reality! It wasn’t always an easy process, but most of that was me searching, being resistant and living in fear – the end result is even sweeter than I ever imagined. I have passion; my ambition has returned (welcome back!); I don’t have the Monday morning blues; but most of all – I DID IT and I am excited that I’m able to help others do the same.
My personal experience throughout my “search” as well as my coaching experience along the way, combined with more of human resources insider information than you would ever want to know, will help you shape your own path to move forward and love your job again. I can’t wait to help you and learn from you going forward!
As I sit here with a Cheshire cat-size smile on my face and light dancing in my eyes, I look forward to what’s ahead and how many white collars we can loosen up along the way!
